The client insulates existing conservatory buildings by replacing the current roof. We first started working together in August 2024. The main reason was because of Clark Media’s understanding and specialty in the home improvement industry.
Our Objective
the client told us that all they wanted was more leads. They had previously worked with an agency before that let them down and they were tied into a contract. As soon as that contract ended they were looking to work with another agency to increase lead flow.
Strategy
We implimented 5 Facebook ads to start. 3 videos and two image ads. We arrived to the location of a recent driveway ebing finalised where we could also interview the owner for a short testimonial. The owner met us on site where we also interviewed him too. Our team spent half a day on site collecting footage we needed for the ads.
We created a landing page funnel with a questionnaire on the main page, this ensures that we get good quality leads, people who are serious about enquiring and filtering out the tyre kickers.
We plan to launch the campaign with £1,000 per month ad-spend and then when the campaign is profitable we can increase the budget spend to £3,000 per month.
The Results
Over 7 months we generated 656 leads of which 71% engaged with us (465 answered the phone). From those leads 269 booked in a consultation (58%) and from there we closed 117 sales (43%) of booked calls. The total value was £516,005 with an average order value of £4,410. This was achieved in 7 months with a £26,800 spent on ads (19x ROI).
